Veteran Services
Veteran Support & Camaraderie
Making a Difference Together
One of the most important roles of the Mars Hill VFW is providing a place where veterans can connect with others who understand military service and shared experiences.
The post offers a welcoming environment where veterans can build friendships, share stories, and maintain the camaraderie that is often missed after returning to civilian life.
Support includes:
• Veteran gatherings and meetings
• Peer connection and fellowship
• Community events and social opportunities
• A welcoming space for veterans and families
• Opportunities to stay engaged through service
No veteran should feel isolated after serving their country.

Guidance may include:
• Direction toward VA benefit resources
• Information about healthcare and disability programs
• Connecting veterans with service officers
